Our process - What to expect when working with us

Briefing
Prior to any financial commitments, we prioritize understanding our clients' needs and aspirations, to assess if the project aligns with our expertise and, most importantly, to ensure that it perfectly matches your vision. We value virtual meetings through video or phone calls to connect with you.
Once we obtain a clear comprehension of your requirements, including things like website design and functionalities, we then proceed to provide a personalized quote for the project.
Included in this phase
- Briefing meeting. An introductory meeting with you, to establish a personal connection and gain a comprehensive understanding of your specific requirements.
- Project quote. Provision of an initial project quote, ensuring all financial matters are settled before the commencement of the subsequent phase.
Designing
Before we start the design phase of the project, we ask clients to send over any content to us that they would like to include on their website. This content may encompass various media elements such as images, videos, audio, and textual information. Understanding your content helps us shape the design.
Next, we can then start to create the initial concepts and designs for your website. Should you have any preferences or revisions in mind, we welcome your valuable feedback and are more than happy to iterate until you are satisfied with the design.
Included in this phase
- Content Collaboration. Share all the content you would like to include on your website, whether it's material to be included directly onto your website, or references that inspire you, such as other websites.
- Desiging. We will share our interactive designs with you, which will be accessible via Figma, an online software. This phase can take a few weeks to a few months, depending on the number of iterations required and the size of the project.
Building
Once you are satisfied with the finalised design of your website, our developers will build the website for you. Any revisions requested after the design sign-off may be subject to additional fees; however, we understand that minor changes may arise during the process, and we are happy to accommodate these at our discretion, without any extra charges.
Throughout this phase, we not only focus on website development but also prepare other crucial aspects, such as securing and setting up the domain name for your website, along with any domain-related email configurations. Additionally, we integrate third-party services like Google Analytics or MailChimp based on your requirements.
Included in this phase
- Development. Our experienced developers will hand-code the website, ensuring a tailor-made solution that aligns perfectly with your needs.
- Deployment and integration. We take care of things such as securing and configuring your domain name, setting up your new domain emails and third-party integrations such as Google Analytics and MailChimp.
Handover
Once your website has been built and is ready for review on a temporary preview domain, we'll introduce you to the Netlio CMS. Our team will guide you through the CMS, empowering you to manage your website independently.
Once you feel confident in handling your website and are satisfied with everything, we'll proceed to launch the site.
Even after the website is live, we're here to support you. Whether you need assistance or have questions about your website, we'll be available throughout the duration of your website.
Included in this phase
- Handover. We'll provide personalized training on using the Netlio CMS, enabling you to effortlessly manage your website's content independently.
- Launch. Your website is now prepared for the public launch. When you're ready, we'll transition your website to your chosen domain and register it with Google Search Console, making it discoverable by search engines.
